- EPElsa PAug 17, 20261.0Worst Dunkin ever in 18th Avenue! I don’t recommend coming here at all! The workers here are nasty and rude!! No type of accepting accountability when they are in the wrong but rather push it on to the customer like it’s their fault they got the order wrong in the first place. I asked for an Iced caramel latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle and iced coffee light and sweet. When I got my drinks they were wrong and one drink was missing caramel drizzle, I get it mistakes happen but when I nicely asked for the caramel drizzle the lady automatically gave me an attitude and pointed at the sticker that it wasn’t added on the label so I kindly replied that I told the cashier to add it so it’s not my fault she forgot & when she handed me the iced coffee I was in disbelief that she thought that was light and sweet & the sticker order was totally wrong ! I again asked for more milk to be added and once again caught another attitude and said something to her co worker that was standing there. I asked for more milk because it was still very dark and started saying something to her co worker and her co worker trying to calm her down and telling her not to say something to me , how its not worth it , but my thing is I never asked her rudely to fix the mistakes or said anything when she was being rude to me when I probably should have said something in the beginning because this is the type of treatment you get when your nice about it even when THEY DO A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER THE FIRST TIME . The lady who does the drinks at this location needs to be fired a short women , cap on , mole on her face, I would not recommend her doing your drinks at all at this place . I don’t even know how Dunkin hired her if she can’t even do an iced coffee right or know what light and sweet is.
