The atmosphere was noisy, loud from outside, motorcycles reving outside. The service was astonishing slow. They had to get 2 people's orders that didn't order from the app before me, and they literally came after I came in the store. Also the tables were filled with napkins, not as crowded as it seems.

I've had burnt coffee, lattes not made correctly - I understand things happen. I am very understanding. What I do not appreciate is a poor attitude when asking for an item to be corrected. I ordered a caramel crazed latte. Upon tasting the drink, I could tell it was made with cream and not milk. I returned to the establishment and said "Hi, sorry to bother you. The drink tastes off like it has cream and not milk." In return, attitude was received by one young lady and another offered to fix it. The one who fixed it was pleasant and did a good job. I wasn't going to fighr ignorance with ignorance with the other girl. You have the day you deserve. The quality is typically a toss up. It's a true gamble when getting your order. Will it taste good or will it flunk. For those who are just starting their day and adding dunkin in to their schedule, we don't always have time to turn back and have the order fixed. Today my cup was a MESS. Spilled coffee everywhere. I'm attaching a photo of AFTER I cleaned the cup. As a business, if you see you made a mess with a drink that someone ordered, it is your job to clean it or change the top. A busy store does not give you the right to slack on quality of care. My hands are sticky holding this. I'm highly disappointed. This place needs more works. It could be their understaffing is causing the employees to be overwhelmed. This is probably why there is a poor quality of care. I am willing to change my review if I see improvement. I hate giving bad reviews and I am a generous person, but I will not lie either.
