- MLMrs LucasOct 3, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience tonight. I went to this Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins location around 8:20 PM specifically because I wanted a shake. The posted hours clearly state that the location is open until 9:30 PM, so I was well within the advertised business hours. When I went to order, an employee told me that they were already closed and were no longer making shakes. If the store is open until 9:30 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to order the items that are advertised during those hours—especially when arriving more than an hour before closing. If certain menu items stop being available earlier, that should be clearly communicated in advance or reflected in the posted hours. I was really looking forward to my shake, and it was frustrating to make the trip only to be turned away despite arriving before the stated closing time. I hope management addresses this because customers should be able to rely on the hours that are posted.

Went in twice in a few days and both times something from my order was not given to me and I had to stand around until I could get an employees attention. None of them seem to know how to work the register, and the girl who is normally by the pickup area is very rude when you ask her any question at all. Will not be returning to this location even though it is the closest one to me. Their attitude is not worth it and they barely ever get your coffee order right anyways. Better off going literally anywhere else.
