- DNDylan NOct 2, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered a small hot coffee - and they couldn’t just pour it in to a cup. I had to leave for my train without getting the coffee - that is how long they took. They are understaffed and have terrible service. Every time I walk in there nobody approaches the register. In the peak of a commuter morning there is sometimes one person working. It’s not fair to blame the staff entirely - it’s how the management and owner chooses to run this location. They know you have few options so they do the bare minimum. I’m going to try to get a refund for my coffee I never received. But I’m sure that is when they will figure out how to get it together - when they might have to give back $3. If there is more than 1 person in line I leave because I have no idea how long it will take them to make a simple cup of coffee. That’s how bad it is.

I got a headache from the unexpected strong and bitter iced coffee; they probably messed that up too. They need experienced people or more staff.
