I asked for a refresher and an avocado toast. She said that they only have hot or cold coffee at the time and that the oven was broken. While i was watching her drinking a refresher and some people sitting there eating sandwiches. She’s lazy, why she’s there if she don’t want to do her JOB? DUNKIN PLEASE!!!! Where’s the management and good customer service ?

They don’t know how to make any of the drinks at all … they don’t even put Espresso shot on shaken espresso instead add regular coffee. Like how many times I have to ask them to make it right? Do they think people don’t realize the difference? Such an ignorant employees too . They act super weird . As if it’s my fault they made my drink wrong . This is my last time going there . I will walk few blocks extra to check Franklin Dunkin much better.
