The employee who served me was not helpful and displayed an unfriendly attitude. While I was trying to place my order, she began speaking with a coworker in another language instead of assisting me. When I politely asked for her name so I could provide feedback, she refused to give it to me. I felt this was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a result, I decided to walk away. I paid a premium price for my coffee and expected a much better level of customer service. Good service is an important part of any business, and experiences like this can discourage customers from returning. I hope you will address this matter and ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism in the future.
