When I contact the store staff directly, I'm rushed off the phone. Told they're busy & it's going to be another 10 min. or so. Horrible customer service 0-10, Noone seems to care, there's a huge disconnect, no empathy, they offer no solutions, just wait for the food pretty much indefinitely. Never again!!!!!!

I have eaten from this location 3 times and can confidently say it is the worst Dominos I have ever eaten from, and the service was awful. All three times I ordered online for pickup. Every time, I was ignored on arrival despite being the only customer there, leading to delays and my order being cold. If all of that happened but the pizza was still the Dominos I love, I wouldn't be writing this review, but this is also the worst quality pizza I have had from Dominos. I'll be getting my nostalgia cravings elsewhere.
