The "manager" doesn’t uphold customer service either. Drivers are very pushy for extra tips & rude. Avoid THIS location.

When I called the store, I explained the situation to Ryan. He stated that the driver had delivered the order and taken a photo showing the correct apartment number (10). However, after discussing it further, it became clear that the order had likely been delivered to the wrong apartment complex, which also had an apartment #10. I personally went to the neighboring complex and found my order there, confirming that it had been delivered to the wrong location. What was most frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Rather than showing concern or trying to resolve the issue, Ryan was dismissive and ended the call. When I called back after finding the order, hoping to discuss what had happened and prevent it from happening again, his response was simply, “Great, you found your order,” before ending the call once more. Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but professionalism and customer service matter. Unfortunately, the handling of this situation was far more disappointing than the delivery error itself.
