- CRCathleen RMay 3, 20261.0The delivery driver calls and starts arguing with me that he's not allowed to enter the building and that that is their policy and I have to come to the street. Then I tell him every time before they have brought it to my door with no issue. Then he hangs up on me. Then about 5 minutes later I look and he has left my food on the floor in front of my apartment door. Disgusting. What the hell is the 5.99 fee for delivery for then? And I prepaid a generous tip on top of that. Never again!! The pizza boxes are not sealed either which is gross and makes me feel like the driver could do anything they want to your food. The order took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and was stone cold. Never again!!!

I called the store to speak to someone about the missing items the person working there was arguing with me like i was crazy meanwhile i had the receipt right in front of me and it showed i paid for it. I can hear the driver telling the person look at the receipt is there but then the guy was arguing with him too. Never ordering from them again. Save your money and headache of dealing with the people working there its not worth it !!!!

They literally hung up in my face several times after trying to explain that my order was horrible from barely any cheese to one slice of mushrooms on every other slice I ordered a pan pizza they put it in a pan box and it was a lovey tossed pizza. The cinnamon bites barely had any cinnamon 😫 I ordered one with pepperoni there wasnt any pepperoni at all so disappointed o was going here for years now thar these people have this place its just horrible dont waste your money or time cause they could care less
