- DSDaniel Sirota4 days ago1.0I ordered my food at 7:40 and didnt get it until 8:55. The store marked it as completed at 8:30. They gave me a brookie instead of bread bites and when I tried calling they wouldnt pick up the phone. One guy picked up once out of the many times I called but it sounded like someone told him to hang up on me so he did. Another person picked up and then immediately hung up. I've called the store more than 6 times trying to get my order fixed. All in all, don't order from here *update* They answered but just put the phone down for 20 min before someone decided to help me. It is currently 9:25 and they said they would send me what I correctly ordered in 30 minutes latest. Will update if I receive or not **update** They did not send me the food in the end. This will be the last time I order from this store. Whenever home I will be exclusively ordering from Papa John's. They are much nicer and super efficient

I ordered my pizza at 9.45 pm, ‘ve been waiting to 11.30 and my order wasn’t still delivered, I’ve been watching the delivery going round then staying at the same spot for a while then doing round again and wasn’t even following to my address. I contacted support to tell o don’t want cold pizza anymore, uber just refund me and canceled my order, but it was being delivering still. So I guess the driver was just hungry and anticipated for me to cancel my order.

There was no compensation or anything remotely close. Guy came via bike (that’s how close it is) dropped off the two little pies and said sorry. If you order here highly recommend holding the tip till they arrive. Worst dominos in Brooklyn.
