  "Call for availability before coming" I arrived there all excited 2:00 PM and they weren't open for the public random without any notice online!!! (it was rented out for an event) that's rude!, I was really disappointed. But it sounds like a good place.

  Not the Dave and Busters from your childhood memories. We had a small birthday party here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was mostly empty, and it took over 2 hours for us to get our food and drinks. Prices are not listed on most items, which feels like they are trying to scam you. The servers and bar staff all seemed miserable. Many of the arcade games are broken, and they are very short. It feels like you are hemorrhaging credits instead of getting to enjoy playing the games. Really disappointing and an expensive night. I used to love D&B.

  My daughter went to a birthday party there. All the kids got slimes and squishies as prizes, and most were broken. They let them exchange them but then accused her 10 year-old friend of stealing a slime. It was a very upsetting situation for all the kids.

  They tried to force a $20 tip on a $73 bill; I refused to pay it. The waitress said she would speak to the manager, and I ended up paying a $10 tip, even though the service didn't warrant one. I take my children to Dave & Buster's regularly, and this is the first time something like this has happened; I had a very bad experience there. When I receive good service, I have no problem leaving a tip where I decide the amount.

  I come here all the time, but I’ve never heard that an ID is required. When I entered inside today... He is asking me to provide the ID. I accidentally left my ID in my car.🚘 When I showed the security guard something on my mobile, he spoke to me in a rather aggressive manner. 😆😆😆
