  Had a good time here with the kids! Dylan was also friendly and gave us amazing customer service! Food was good as well!

  First time dining here. The food here was surprisingly good. Brought my little nephew here and he had a ball playing the games. Next time he's around I'll definitely bring him back.

  I went to the store in Brooklyn. I used the kiosk to purchase the game cards as well as the cards with the meals. Before dinning I presented my receipts from the kiosk. I also asked about the happy hour, the waiter Joshua indicated it was happy however on the bill there wasn't any happy hour. The food came before the drinks. The wait was long for the food and drinks. Please check your store cameras. At the end of the poor dinning experience. The waiter Joshua did not apply the 12 dine and play I already purchased, he only applied 7 as well as I was charged for extra things. When I told him about it he was aggressive and said he would need a manager to remove it. When the manager came he wasn't helpful at all he said he can't void anything he has to wait for the store manager; who is not there today. I had to tell him to make a copy or take a picture off the receipt so the manager can see. I contacted the corporate office and the person I spoke to said she can only refund me 20.99. When the waiter Joshua was given the receipts with 12 and couldn't find the other 2 receipts with the additional 4. The corporate office then contacted the store manager Keith; whom later contacted me to go over the bill. Finally I the customer shouldn't have to do the leg work, the running around. The customer service was poor from the waiter Joshua to the manager to the corporate office right back to the Brooklyn store manager Keith. If this kind of service is continued Scott I. Ross and Hill Path's founder and managing partner will lose alot of money.

  The service was amazing and very professional. Tottiannah Kenner, and Mike were all outstanding. Tottiannah kept coming back to our table to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel well taken care of. The drinks and the food were both excellent. I will definitely be coming back again!

  I Just left the Dave & Buster’s and had the best time. The whole place has such a great vibe, the entertainment and games were super fun, and every single person working there was incredibly nice and helpful.But I really have to shout out the manager, Michael. This guy is amazing! He went totally above and beyond to help us out and was just so genuinely nice. You can tell he does an incredible job running the operations because the whole place was on point and running smoothly.Michael is honestly way too good at his job and corporate definitely needs to promote him ASAP. Huge thanks to him and the whole staff for making it such a fun night—we’re definitely coming back!
