  Outstanding experience from start to finish! This is easily one of the best places I’ve visited for authentic American cuisine. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and seated quickly. The restaurant itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for family dinners, date nights, or even casual meals with friends. The food was absolutely exceptional. Every dish we ordered arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. The burgers were perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the portions were generous enough to leave everyone satisfied. You can really tell that attention to detail and consistency matter here. Every bite reflected quality and care. What truly made the experience even better was the service. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They checked on us regularly, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines amazing food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere so well. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it an incredible value. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic American food with outstanding service and a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be returning and telling my friends and family about it!

  DISGUSTED!!!🤮🤮 the service of the staff has nasty customer service.. they don’t nothing of the business.🙄 Staff helped only 5% of giving only two game credit for multiple games that broke down🙄😒 The “Family” room/restroom/changing room was so disgusting I would throw up. All garbage all over the room. Second use, still disgusting and the third final use, a male staff coming out of this room and blew it up with a nasty smell… From 7:45PM-10:45PM- this room was never cleaned up at all. Will not be returning back to this location, not a clean atmosphere at all, most of the games are broken down.. Don’t recommended! You will be wasting your money.. Long Island is so far the best one.

  Place is cool nice location but a decent amount of the games weren't working. When we went to sit down to eat the service was horrible. No one to greet you to sit down. We sat down it took around 10 mins for a waiter to finally come over to us to order our drinks. Apps came out and the waiter didnt give us plates, utensils or napkins. Asked for napkins and he gave us cocktail napkins. With that being said the food was actually pretty good.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dave & Buster’s and wanted to recognize some truly outstanding team members who made the visit memorable. A huge thank you to Brian and JoJo, whose leadership and hospitality were evident throughout the entire evening. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, checked in regularly, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. It’s rare to encounter managers who are so engaged, approachable, and dedicated to creating a great atmosphere. An extra special shoutout goes to our server, Jazzy. She was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, energetic, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Even during a busy time, she kept a smile on her face and delivered exceptional service. Her positive attitude truly elevated our entire experience. From the great food and drinks to the exciting games and outstanding customer service, this location exceeded expectations in every way. The team created a fun, welcoming environment that kept us smiling all night. Thank you, Brian, JoJo, and Jazzy, for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back, and it’s because of employees like you that this Dave & Buster’s stands out from the rest! Highly recommended!

  Half of everything is broken unfortunately. Like this review or comment if all these things are still broken when you go lol Heres whats broken: The right guitar on the guitar hero machine is The left side of the ufc punching game The whole hungry hungry hippos machine The axe throwing machine only has two total axes and the screen above it has its glass smashed Deal or no deal games’s 6 button is broken pressing it does nothing The game where you throw red balls to connect four (its pirate themed) had a ball stuck in the middle of it of the two player function takes your money and doesnt allow a second player at all. The game where you throw ping pong balls on those rectangles that light up blue The dipndots vending machine was also out of order These are just the things i personally encountered in my 45 mins of playing games. There is certainly more. The service is actually pretty good if you can track it down! If you don’t practically enter the kitchen to get someones attention you will not be helped which honestly isn’t too much of an issue.
