I really want to like this Dave & Buster’s because the overall vibe is good, the servers have been friendly, and my 13-year-old daughter can happily spend hours here. They have a great variety of games, and in our experience the games are generally always working. However, after spending several hours here on more than one visit, I’ve noticed some management issues that I think deserve serious attention.
My biggest concern is the women’s restroom. Every toilet-paper dispenser in every stall was popped open, leaving the entire roll exposed. This wasn’t just one broken dispenser—it was all of them. More concerning, I noticed the exact same thing when I visited about three weeks ago, so this appears to be an ongoing issue and not just a prank by a child.
It’s common knowledge in our city that drug users use exposed toilet-paper rolls to wipe needles through the inside of the rolls. If that is happening, it creates an extremely serious health and safety hazard for anyone who later uses the toilet paper. In a city with significant drug use, management should treat this as an urgent sanitation and security issue. The dispensers should be repaired or replaced immediately.
The only handicap-accessible stall had an even bigger problem: there was no toilet paper at all and apparently no functioning toilet-paper holder. What is the point of making a facility wheelchair accessible if someone using the accessible stall cannot even access toilet paper? That really needs to be corrected.
I was also concerned watching tables being cleaned. The cleaner being sprayed had the distinctive smell and appearance of windex glass cleaner rather than what appeared to be a disinfectant, despite being in a Spic and Span bottle. I obviously cannot verify exactly what product was inside but it sure smells like windex and looks like it (blue). If tables where people eat are only being cleaned with glass cleaner rather than an appropriate sanitizing product, management should address that immediately as the tables aren’t truly being cleaned.
Another issue is the music selection. Considering how many children and families are here, some of the songs are surprisingly inappropriate. “Work It” by Missy Elliott was one that particularly stood out because of its sexual content, along with several others. There is plenty of great upbeat music available without playing sexually explicit songs in a venue heavily frequented by children.
On my previous visit, there were also kids openly vaping while walking through the arcade, including someone blowing vapor directly in my face. I understand management cannot control every guest, but I rarely see security circulating through the game areas; they seem primarily stationed near the entrance. More active monitoring would help.
A smaller annoyance: I ordered several meals and asked to substitute barbecue sauce for honey mustard. Instead, I received both and was charged an additional 59¢ for each barbecue sauce. Management would not remove the charges. It was only a little over $2 total, but a substitution shouldn’t become an extra charge without being explained beforehand.
There is a lot to enjoy here, which is why we keep coming back. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and the arcade itself is excellent for kids. I just wish management would give the same level of attention to cleanliness, accessibility, age-appropriate entertainment, and supervision. Fixing these relatively manageable issues would make this location considerably better.
Had a great time last night! My partner and I came in around 11pm and stayed almost until closing, leaving around 12:40am. First we had to replace our decade old, sun-melted game card with the patient game attendant (tysm!), then we played with our old credits until exhausted. For a break, we went to the dining area and ordered from the Pick & Play menu, sharing the double cheese burger and fries, and adding one soda and the dessert option for an additional $3.99. Both our server and the porter were very polite. Thank you, Jay, for the wonderful service! (She was so sweet and professional, offering us great options while being thoughtful and quick on her feet to meet our needs.) For dinner, we were surprised that there was a Pick & Play deal, so we excitedly chose the cheapest option power card ($25), and since we were only planning on getting a light snack, we opted to share the double cheeseburger and fries. The meal was hot and delicious, really hitting the spot! Afterward, we cleaned up in the bathroom (nice and tidy), before playing our combined new & old credits for the rest of the night. It wasn't too crowded and very few of the games were not working. At one point, we played a game that errored out, and the game attendant credited us back our lost credits. All-in-all, it was a great night. I'm definitely coming back to take advantage of the Pick & Play combo! It was a killer date night for under $60 :)

This place is awesome Not only is there good food and Arcade games but there are events like Beyblade and Smash bros tournaments would 100% recommend going here to find something new.
Waiter was slow, below par, knowledgeable about happy hour day/times, served food before water, and then rang up our bill wrong, charging us for 12 appetizers which was supposed to be free with our game card purchases. Mind you we gave home our receipts before ordering and he kept it in his belt. Supervisor Josh was unhelpful and argumentative and below average, asking us to calculate the correct amount of our bill, then stating he could not cancel the charge to the card. Gm was useless, crediting the charge a day later but then placing another 2nd and 3rd charge on the card with out our consent. Store fraudulently charged our card the next day twice. Corporate was contacted but the error has yet to be resolved. Waste of my time x3 and ongoing. Never going back there! Bill should have been less than 100 but my card has since been charged $850 but only credited $350. Forced to pay 20 percent gratuity in 350 rather than 100. No accountability by this place or their superiors!
