  This review is more for the arcade than the food as the food is decent. A okay amount of games to play, mix of arcade and gambling style games. Not as much games as the old days but I expected it to be smaller. The problem is a lot of the games are shut off or they don’t work in some way, so you are even more limited on the ones you play. Some gays appear fine but when you pay the game doesn’t start so it just steals your money. Can’t find anyone that works there so you just have to accept you lost some of the money. At least there are offers to get free coins like downloading the app and getting free 100 coins. Went on Sunday afternoon for the half off games and 200 coins lasted us about an hour and half l so I think that’s enough for most people. Pretty empty too but maybe because it was Mother’s Day. Would recommend if in the area and there nothing else to do just set your expectations lower so you’re not disappointed.

  The parking was absolutely horrendous, The guy that worked there David made great drinks we showed up on happy hour. Shout out to David!

  I had a wonderful time here viewing the Knicks game and Wrestlemania 42. The manager John was very kind and friendly, making sure we were taking care of. The server Ashley has been very good at providing services with food and drinks, making sure we are having a good time. The food was delicious and the drinks tasted great.

  Upon arrival at Dave & Buster’s. It was my first experience. I was so excited to play games and get to enjoy the nightlife of Brooklyn. However, once I arrived, I was greeted with minimal options for playing games and then downloaded the app to try to play the games and then once I got the app going it didn’t work. So then I went to rear desk where I was greeted by some guy who looks like he was high and couldn’t handle fixing the game chips so he called the manager and then the manager couldn’t even help me get my games going on the stupid app so by the time he did figure it out, he loaded my points onto a card and, I said “i can’t play any games now because your security cards are telling me you’re closing so are you gonna refund” and he said I could play my games so I went to go play games and then immediately got accosted by a security guard and that security guard hit on my friend inappropriately, then when denied, wanted us to leave right then and there, even though I had not even gotten to experience games at all so I tried to play ski ball a little longer. They didn’t let me they told me I had to leave, my friend and I left, we had to pee, so we ended up searching everywhere in this building for a bathroom. after getting sent out of Dave & Buster’s 15 minutes before they were even supposed to close only to end up being sent back to the Dave & Buster’s to the restroom where we were. We were then greeted with distaste… regardless we went to the bathroom and eventually found our way out of the building. No thanks to the Dave & Buster’s crew. They sent us out the back door, so unprofessional… and yanno I really feel like I didn’t get to enjoy Dave & Buster’s the way I expected it to be - this fun game experience. that’s all it matters. Never again. Also wings were fat and nasty.
