  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The customer service at this CTown is honestly the best I’ve experienced at any supermarket. Every employee is friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, whether it’s finding an item or answering questions. They make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in and treat customers like family. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, but it’s the amazing staff that keeps me coming back. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, CTown at 330 Utica Avenue truly stands out. Highly recommend shopping here!

  Go there almost everyday Nice people Clean There are some expired things in the chip area on the bottom. I get new arrivals.

  ...OK, Is there ANY reason why that Latina cashier that has been there for 4,277 Years NOT get fired!?? ...rude, rude, RUDE! ....accused me of '..snatching..' my receipt, and called ME '..rude..'! ....I guess she won't be canned, due to the Owners being scared of her......

  Have to watch if things are expired when you purchase them cause they are pretty lax on rotating older/newer products.
