  I find this supermarket more expensive than other supermarkets in this area. They used to be known for the best deals, not since they remodeled. I guess they put some of that cost on consumers.

  My Go-To supermarket, I had stopped for a little while but missed it so much, started going back. Ambience is quite nice, and the cashiers are super polite, helpful, attentive and very respectful, there's also a cashier that goes above and beyond always, ALWAYS bubbly and positive, so in tuned with the customers. I love shopping there, it's not crowded and I can take my time down the spacious iles looking for what I need since having a multi layered eye surgery, it's difficult trying to read items in some other stores it's crowded the iles tight gotta hurry up get your stuffs so folks can get their stuff, but not here I don't feel that pressure and it's less stress on my eye. And they have some great sales some you can't beat anywhere else.

  I was happy with the healthy options such as the fresh pressed juices, salads and prepared seafood they will steam for you. Until I have had THREE experiences of spoiled salmon, that is sitting in the case on the seafood section. I am from San Francisco and have had fresh seafood all my life, fish should never smell fishy! Trust, I’m not expecting the fish to be fresh out of the ocean fresh. Marina was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive from the beginning ( I recorded the conversation 😊) especially after I stated people in this neighborhood deserve better, which we absolutely do! Idk the Hispanic heavyset girls name who is in the front sometimes collecting people’s bags, but she started speaking Spanish, when they both have the ability to speak fluent English. I asked her what happened and she decided to speak in English to marina that I needed a refund on my salmon. I never asked for a refund? I just wanted to bring this to a managers attention and swap out the spoiled salmon for fresh salmon. Which I did after the short Hispanic gentleman, who I think supervises the seafood section, assisted me with zero attitude, but he did make excuses in the beginning. He told me to come to him directly to get fresh fish? I said it shouldn’t matter, all food put out for sale should not be expired. Let it happen again and I’m calling 311 and department of health! I’m going in today at 6pm, let’s see…

  Last week Monday One of your worker was very disrespectful to my mother and I didn’t like so I took a picture of her it was on 98st in Brownsville Brooklyn at Around 10:30am and every time we shop here we spend money so I don’t know why every time we walk in there. They always look at us with attitude like we’re about to take something.
