The store was extremely hot. No air-conditioning. The doors weren’t open, so air can come in. It’s just the staff needs to be changed. The restaurant has so much potential and it’s such a good neighbourhood and Chipotle has great food, but the staff here needs training. They need to be more polite and be attentive. We went there, we waited and they didn’t acknowledge none of us until a while, then they came over and started taking our order. That’s just horrible service for a brand new restaurant. It’s a shame that they hired the staff and didn’t train them right

I placed an online order through the app, came into this location with my family, and asked for the restroom code. Somehow, even that became a huge problem for them! My child needed to use the restroom, and they acted like opening it was such a difficult thing to do. I was honestly shocked. They also seem unable to see online orders placed through the app. The place was completely empty, yet preparing my order still seemed like a major inconvenience for them. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.
