  Food and portions are so inconsistent. Staff aren’t friendly. Service is so slow. They also charge for bags now mean while they’ll give you 10 servings of sour cream as baseline which I don’t want.

  I love chipotle. I’ve never left a bad review for a chipotle despite bad experiences. But this place this sets a new bar for how bad things can be. Just wow. I just don’t want to get chipotle anymore thanks to this place.

  I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience was honestly too disappointing to ignore. I’ve been to Chipotle countless times, so I know what to expect when it comes to service and portion sizes. Unfortunately, my experience at this location on Sunday evening was extremely disappointing. The employee who served us was a Black woman who appeared to be in her teens, approximately 5’3” tall. She had very little patience and was extremely unprofessional. When there was some confusion during our order, instead of calmly explaining things, she made rude facial expressions, gave us attitude, and raised her voice at us. The portions were also noticeably smaller than usual, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers this way. A simple misunderstanding shouldn’t result in such an unpleasant interaction. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, especially when it comes to patience, communication, and basic customer service. As someone who eats at Chipotle regularly, this was honestly one of my most disappointing experiences.

  I was initially a bit scared by the low ratings, but this was a great chipotle! The staff were efficient and charismatic, and the food was as delicious as ever. Everything was fresh, would come back!

  I had a great experience at the Chipotle in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, thanks to Izzy! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. She had such a positive attitude and made sure I was taken care of without making me feel rushed. You can tell Izzy genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her job. Great customer service like hers really stands out, especially when someone goes above and beyond to make your experience better. Employees like Izzy are the kind of people who deserve recognition and opportunities to move up within the company. I hope management sees the value she brings to the team because she definitely made a great impression on me. Give Izzy her flowers — she deserves them!
