  I’m writing to express ongoing frustration with this location. This is now the 8th time I’ve visited in the evening and found the restaurant effectively closing hours early. I’ve personally seen staff begin cleaning as early as 8:30 PM, despite the posted closing time of 11 PM. On multiple visits, key ingredients have been unavailable well before closing—chicken on one visit, barbacoa and cheese on another, and most recently no corn, cheese, or lettuce. This isn’t an occasional issue; it’s become a pattern. In addition, the staff’s attitude during these visits has been consistently unwelcoming, making the experience even more disappointing. It feels like customers are being rushed out or discouraged from ordering, despite arriving during normal operating hours. I enjoy Chipotle as a brand, which is why this is so frustrating. This location clearly has issues with evening management, food preparation, or both. Please address this so customers can receive the full experience they’re paying for.

  Been there twice now, one time they were out of a few ingredients and it wasn’t closing time and the other time the experience was great, everything was available, the staff was efficient, food was decent.

  Walked in at 7 PM. The counter was a mess full of food. I was told they had no more pork and they ran out and then I was also told they had no more sour cream when I saw sour cream on the other side. This is not the first time that I walk in around this time and they are apparently sold out of basic items. If they’re open until 11 PM, they should have food until that time if this was a one off I understand but it’s a repetitive thing.

  This chipotle half fills ur bowls and the workers have the worst attitude. I asked for cilantro lime on the side and she half filled the cup. I would go/order from somewhere else, they don’t even put in the bare minimum here

  Kia was on the line and Monte was the manager. Both provided amazing service and that will make the food taste even better give them both a raise please! Sorry if I spelled the names wrong. Great service
