  BEWARE!!!! This chipotle intentionally REFUSES to fulfill your order when they see that the order was paid using FREE ENTREE code. I was instructed by a Hispanic male worker to contact Chipotle Corporate because he claimed “the order came in but the payment did not go through”. After contacting Chipotle Corporate, I was provided another voucher which they STILL refused to honor. DISHONEST and ILLEGALLY STEALING additional payments from you.

  Similar experience as other reviews. Snarky passive aggressive workers. Mostly run by Hispanic looking teens now that skimp and dictate your portion based on their feelings towards you (5 pieces of steak on average). Do yourself a favor and support Tacos Lupita right across the street for authentic Mexican food.

  I ordered two burrito bowls. The issues I saw were along the assembly line. The lime rice was very glutinous and sticky. It almost looked like it was rice that had been cooked with too much water or worse infected with bacillus cereus. The guacamole was brown and black in color. It’s either made from over ripe spoiled avocados or it had been sitting around for a long time and over oxidized. Either scenario is not very appetizing. How can you serve this to your customers?? No wonder Cava is taking Chipotle business. Look if you have to cut corners to make a profit close the business don’t do things that can potentially cause a bacterial gastroenteritis and really cause harm to your customers.

  I recently had an extremely disappointing customer service experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an order through the Chipotle app and received confirmation of the order both in the app and via email. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the employee informed me that my order had not gone through. Despite my showing proof of the order confirmations, the employee refused to acknowledge the documentation and simply walked away, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. I immediately contacted Chipotle Customer Support and explained the situation. The representative provided me with a QR code that could be used at the restaurant to fulfill my order. When I informed the employee and asked him to scan the QR code, he again refused and walked away without offering any assistance or explanation. The level of disregard and lack of professionalism I experienced during this interaction was unacceptable. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for many years, but I have never encountered service this poor at any location. The disrespect I experienced has left me with little confidence in returning to this restaurant in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

  I was with my friend tonight around 9PM and witnessed everything firsthand. My friend asked a male employee for the restroom code and had to ask twice because he didn’t hear it clearly. The employee responded with obvious contempt and hostility. When my friend calmly asked why he was being treated that way, the employee simply shook his head dismissively with zero apology or explanation. Then i approached a female coworker to ask for the male employee’s name so we could report him. She responded with the same contemptuous attitude and told us she would never tell us his name. Two employees, one location, both completely disrespectful to customers asking a simple question. This is unacceptable. The male employee: approximately 27 years old, medium height, long hair, black hat. Security cameras should have captured the entire interaction.
