- YYYanaApr 26, 20261.0I visited Chipotle for the first time today and was very disappointed. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I placed an order for curbside pickup because my baby was sleeping in the car, but no one brought the order outside. After a long delay, I had to come in myself. I wasn’t allowed to go directly to pick up my order and was told to wait in line. When I finally received my order and started pouring my own drink, the employee shouted at me, saying, “You have a small child, why are you even here?” This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ask that this situation be addressed seriously.
