I actually drive all the way to the Five Towns location instead of coming here because the difference in quality is night and day. This location is consistently dirty, the staff often have poor attitudes, and the food quality is unacceptable. The rice is almost always undercooked, which ruins the entire meal. After giving this location multiple chances, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. I really hope management addresses the cleanliness, customer service, and food preparation because this location has so much potential, but right now it’s one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.
