Walked in around 7:30 pm…and walked right back out. What a pigsty. Clearly no standards of cleanliness in the dining area which means not likely to be any better in the food prep area. Very disappointed cuz was looking forward to a bowl :(
I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and have always heard the CEO say that asking for a little extra wouldn’t result in an additional charge. I recently visited a location in my neighborhood for the first time, and the experience was disappointing.
While the server was polite, the restaurant itself was not well-maintained. When I asked for a little extra chicken, I was charged for a double portion without any clear explanation upfront. When I questioned it, I was simply told, “that’s a double.”
Given both the condition of the restaurant and the inconsistency with what has been communicated about portions, it was a frustrating experience—especially at a location just blocks from my home. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this establishment.
Came here with friends and the service was flat-out rude. One of the workers interrupted me mid-order with a dismissive "are you done?" and when she felt we were being too loud, instead of politely asking us to keep it down, she made a rude comment about it. No customer should be spoken to that way. Food was fine, but the attitude from staff completely ruined the experience. Will think twice before coming back to this location.

I came into this Chipotle at 10:18 PM, and you would have thought they were already closed. All of the food that was supposed to be served was sitting out on the counters while staff appeared to be in the middle of cleaning and shutting everything down. The food wasn’t hot, looked dry, and seemed like it had been sitting there for hours. It honestly felt like customers were being served leftovers rather than fresh food.
The restaurant itself was also filthy. Trash was overflowing, napkins and debris were all over the floor, and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours.
I understand starting some closing duties early, but if your posted closing time is 11 PM, customers should still receive fresh food and a clean dining experience. Where is the manager when this is going on? This location seriously needs better supervision, cleanliness standards, and quality control.

Brooklynites If you're in Park Slope and need a reliable, delicious meal without the wait, this Chipotle location delivers. The staff here is incredibly efficient, moving the line quickly even during the busy dinner rush.
Every ingredient on the line looks fresh, and they don't skimp on the portions. The guacamole is perfectly seasoned, and the steak is always tender and well-marinated.
It's clean, consistently high-quality, and hands-down one of the fastest spots in the neighborhood for a healthy, filling lunch or dinner. Definitely a go-to when you want great food on the move.
