The corn is hard and they didn’t add my sour cream so this is a food issue and the beans is spilling on the side the bowl the representatives that you call for door dash for customer service do nothing to help you. I tried to put it in a refund with door dash it kept saying error and buffing customer service just put you on mute and they come back and act like they did something when they did nothing but read a script or talk to a robot. Unacceptable.

Their attention should be focused on the customers, and I shouldn’t have to ask to be served. Customer service should be attentive and proactive. Also, the tables were sticky and needed to be wiped down.

Only one guy was actually helping people. Everyone else seemed to be doing random stuff but not really finishing it like they all have ADHD. I recognize that these are young guys working a job that probably pays them far too little but man it was bad. Food was packaged haphazardly and started leaking everywhere on my way home. The girl that took my payment just put the food in the bag and left me to reach for it without saying anything. The back was completely filthy with food all over the floor. Whoever owns this store, if you care about making money you need to get down there and fix your staff because they are absolutely completely ruining your business. Won’t be surprised if this place closes in the next few months.
