  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I placed my order as I normally would and used a free entrée reward that I had available. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at around 3:30 PM, so I arrived expecting to pick up my food without any issues. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it seemed like the employees had forgotten about my order or had not properly prepared it. Even after 3:45–3:50 PM, my food still had not been completed. There were also several problems with the actual food I received. The portion sizes for my bowl were noticeably small, especially considering what I paid for the meal. I also noticed that the servings were inconsistent and that I was given the wrong amount of certain ingredients compared with what I ordered. To make matters even more frustrating, I had ordered both a bowl and a burrito, but the employees told me that they only saw the bowl on their end. Because of that, they did not prepare my burrito. There was also a major issue with the order ticket. The ticket the employees were working from was not accurate and only showed a bowl and some type of sauce, even though my actual order summary clearly showed that I had ordered both a bowl and a burrito. I showed them my order summary, which clearly showed that I had ordered and paid for two items, but they still would not acknowledge the issue or make an effort to resolve it. I was left having to repeatedly show proof of my own order just to explain what I had purchased. As a result, I ended up losing the value of my free entrée reward as well as the money I spent on the order, while not receiving everything I had ordered. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of being helpful or apologizing for the mistake, the customer service came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. This situation shouldn't happen again as I have lost money and a free entry.

  The black girl in there really measured out my measly portions like they were going out of business. Nasty employees as always with this place, never returning. Half a bowl as usual with these nasty employees.

  Not bad! Gave me a good portion for my grilled chicken cup. Lots of space to dine in too.

  Ordered a bowl (always get just white rice and chicken) asked for extra rice as the amount previously received from this location was ridiculous so I asked for extra rice since I get no other toppings and asked for extra protein because the regular potion is a joke. Also got a small order of guac and chips. When I got home and opened my meal, the amount of rice was ridiculous, no extra rice at all and was definitely charged for the double chicken which was definitely not double ! Guac cup was half full and chips were stale. I was so upset at how much I paid for the amount of food and quality of the chips. Also the female who appeared to be the manager very rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for watts rice !

  The portion sizes at this location are consistently very small—honestly, they feel more like kids’ portions. During my most recent visit, I asked for the lime sauce on the side at least three times. I even reminded the employee again after checking out, and I still never received it. I also try to give my order one item at a time so it is easier to follow, but the employees often rush me through the ordering process and then make mistakes because they were not listening carefully. Unfortunately, this has happened during several of my visits to this location. The overall service and portion sizes could definitely be improved. I love chipotle, this location is just not up to par.
