He gave me good portions, was respectful, he apologized for the wait time as he was just returning and did he best to accommodate everyone. The young man made me feel appreciated as a customer. Instead once she sees me walking down she yells”we don’t have change!” Then I say I will be paying with apple pay . She proceeds to say “We don’t have much.” I get closer and look and she goes “we don’t have chicken”- I point out the chicken. Then she goes “we don’t have sour cream”- I point out the sour cream. Then she goes “we don’t have cheese.”. I say that’s fine I see there’s Queso which I like. She literally was coming up with so many lies for me not to order that I walked out out of frustration. For reference I walked in at exactly 10:18PM and they close at 11PM. It’s not like I walked in 5 mins before closing. I am 4 months Pregnant and I walked here to get what I have been craving just to walk away due to Disgusting customer service. She may as well should have kicked me out since she was lying about not having anything.

It feels like this place is understaffed and he is compensating. Hes rushing from the food area, then to checkout, or to the back area in the kitchen to make food. All while being polite and funny and smiling. The food is delicious, the portions are moderate sometimes small, but its definately a noticeable improvement from one year ago.
