And the quality/taste of the food is not all that great, especially sitting there looking dried out & you have to tell them to stir it up. They need covers/tops on the food.

It was past 11am and they open at 10:45am. Extremely rude, unkind, unprofessional. Horrific experience, terrible staff, absent and neglectful management. Worst store ever. Food was not even hot. I don’t think they know what they are doing and do not care to learn. And I only ordered proteins.

It’s usually raw in the middle, and some pieces are cooked, but most of the time, the chicken is chewy!!! That’s disgusting and a safety hazard! The rice is hard and flavorless. By far, the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. If you want chewy chicken and hard rice this is the place for you. Wouldn’t recommend. 0/10
