  i’ll never come back to this place. I saw the boy make my burrito very fast and disorganized, when I saw the food it was cold and my burrito was all crushed and it was too small than normal. this is the worst chipotle i ever been to be honest.

  This was a nice, local, neighborhood eatery at first but then............. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location today, October 2, 2026. It was a Friday evening around 6:00 PM, one of the busiest times of the week, yet there was approximately a 20-minute wait just for chicken and steak. The restaurant itself appeared poorly managed. The serving area where meals were being assembled was visibly dirty and unorganized, and there seemed to be very little supervision of the staff. As the wait continued, several customers became frustrated and left. I tried to be patient, but eventually I left as well. What was most concerning was the lack of quality control during a peak business period. The overall operation felt disorganized, inefficient, and completely inconsistent with the level of service I would expect from a national restaurant chain. This was not simply a matter of being busy. Busy periods happen. The issue was the apparent lack of preparation, supervision, cleanliness, and urgency. Customers should not have to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for basic menu items while the restaurant appears unable to manage the volume. This experience was totally unacceptable and reflects a serious need for better management and quality assurance at this location. I definitely won't be eating here anymore.

  The worst location I've ever been to by far. They never have your online pick-up order ready on time. They are always, and I mean always out of steak or chicken. So you will wait for your order every time. The place is always disgustingly dirty. The staff always looks miserable. Then on top of that some of the customers who guaranteed will be waiting long for their orders as well were having blasting loud conversations on speakerphone. Come on people you can afford a $1000 cellphone and Chipotle you can certainly afford $5.00 headphones from Amazon, be better. Avoid this place at all costs. This place needs to be shutdown or their sales need to drop so headquarters can look into why and fix it. You've been warned.

  This is one of the worst locations in the city. It’s always dirty from garbage in the dining room to food debris all over the line. They never have the full menu and are always missing staples like white rice and grilled chicken. Worst of all the staff has little to no care.

  Filthy filthy filthy! Employees are young and careless unprofessional and wasteful. Messy hot bar rice mixed with the beans. Found a lighter on one of the tables. Fingerprints all over the front doors no one is maintaining the place throughout the day. Server served my food like slop on a plate. The entire place was a disaster.
