  Very rude employee. Have no patience for customers. Over charge and refuse to give money back until the manager got involved.

  This place does not deserve the status of a restaurant. they serve garbage, their employees will cut off the entire line to order what they want and get mad at you for wanting to pay for your food that's sitting in your face for 10 minutes, after losing patience, and asking the cashier if i could please pay for my bowl already. this place is run by children that do not comprehend the concept of " satisfaction to the customer" or that a restaurant is a sanity and tranquil place for eating. not a zoo. they DO NOT CLEAN THEIR TABLES. THEY HAVE THEIR PLASTICWARE CONSTANTLY SOAKED WITH SAUCE AND SOUR CREAM BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE AMAZING IDEA TO KEEP THEIR PLASICWARE IN A BIG GAPING HOLE RIGHT NEAR THE SODA FOUNTAIN . they all look at you like they HATE being there, and they serve GARBAGE FOOD, if you can even call it food. i ordered a bowl with steak, 80% of the steak was thick undigestible fat, i left chipotle with a $15 receipt STILL HUNGRY. i am not coming down on chipotle, i am a huge fan and love the chain. this restaurant is a STAIN on kings highway, the Chipotle name, and ANY entity that calls itself a restaurant. the street vendors selling churros in the subway offer more consumable food than this monstrosity of an establishment.

  This Chipotle right here? This location is a pitstain. I walked in thinking I’m about to get that same Chipotle we all used to love years ago... nah. This is something else. They handed me a salad with ice in it. ICE. Not like cold. No, they scooped it out of a frosted bucket. The chicken? Burnt. Not “a little crispy” -- I’m talking evidence. If the fire marshal walked in, he’d be like, “Yep, this is where it started.” And the employees... man, they look at you like YOU messed up by coming in. Like I walked in and ruined their whole day just by existing. At this point, just bulldoze the whole place. Don’t try to fix it. Start over. Put a Chick-fil-A there. At least they gonna smile while they mess up your order. Here? They mad, the food mad, and now I’m mad too!!

  I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and this Kings Highway location is by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand by a wide margin. The portion sizes were shockingly small to the point where it felt intentional. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was easily half of what I typically receive at other locations. When I politely asked about it, the staff responded with visible attitude and dismissiveness instead of addressing the concern. The customer service here is not just poor it’s outright hostile. What’s most frustrating is the inconsistency. Chipotle markets itself on standardized portions and customer experience, but this location clearly operates on a completely different (and unacceptable) standard. If this is how this store is being run, it raises serious questions about management oversight and quality control. This experience was bad enough that I would actively avoid this location going forward, and I would strongly caution others to do the same. Corporate should seriously look into what’s happening here, because this location is damaging the brand.

  It was a lot of time before closing and they did not have what I preferred (which was steak and beef barbacoa) they were all dried up and not appealing so me and my partner left. The griller was already cleaning up the grill when there was a lot of time left until closing. I am very unpleased because I was hoping on getting what I wanted to get. There needs to be a better organization by the cook and making sure there is enough food before shutting down the grill and having dried up food be an option to guest.
