  One star is already too generous for this location. I placed an online order, so I wasn’t even dining inside, yet I still had to wait approximately 35 minutes for my food. What is the point of ordering ahead if the order is not ready anywhere close to the expected time? While I was waiting, I had plenty of time to see the condition of the restaurant, and it was honestly disgusting. The tables were covered with food, wrappers, napkins, and leftovers, and there was trash all over the floor. The seating area looked completely neglected. The photos speak for themselves. On top of that, the staff were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. There was no professionalism, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no concern that customers were waiting so long. Instead of trying to help or even communicate politely, the attitude made the entire experience even worse. I understand that restaurants get busy, but being busy does not excuse a 35-minute wait for an online order, filthy tables and floors, and rude customer service all at the same time. This location needs serious attention from management. Cleanliness, organization, customer service, and staff attitude all need major improvement. I have been to many Chipotle locations, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

  Chipotle Mexican Grill, situated right along the bustling Kings Highway corridor in Brooklyn, is a fantastic go-to spot for fresh, customizable Mexican-inspired fast-casual fare. I stopped in for a quick, satisfying lunch and ordered a chicken burrito bowl loaded with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, fresh tomatoes, and a generous scoop of house-made guacamole, and every single bite was flavorful, fresh, and deeply satisfying. The ingredients tasted genuinely vibrant and were prepared right in front of me with great attention to portion and quality. The restaurant features a clean, modern, and energetic atmosphere that keeps the line moving smoothly even during peak hours. The counter service was friendly, fast, and efficient throughout my visit. It is a reliable neighborhood staple whenever you are craving a hearty, wholesome, and customizable meal right in the area.

  Terrible customer service. Came around 8 PM to order a veggie bowl and was told they were out of vegetables and tomatoes. When I asked if they could accommodate by adding chicken since several ingredients were unavailable, the manager rudely refused and even made a comment about not giving away money from his own pocket. Then I noticed the manager had vegetables set aside for online orders. When I saw, I asked if they can spare the vegetables for my order and he immediately said no. I was so confused, I asked if they were prioritizing online customers over people physically standing in the restaurant, and he literally said yes. Running out of ingredients is one thing, but the manager’s attitude and treatment of an in-person paying customer were completely unacceptable and disgusting.

  Honestly if I could give this place a zero star, I would. Food quality is horrible and that’s not even getting started on the small portions, cleanliness is nonexistent and somehow on top of that, staff attitude is worse. Came here one night to order dinner, they were out of white rice, guac and sour cream MIND YOU this is at 7pm. Came again the following even around 7:30pm figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt they’re out of corn, tomato and guac. Tried to explain that’s really inconvenient and was told by the black dude who claims to be the manager to go to McDonald’s. Yeah yall just go ahead and skip this location altogether. SMH
