  Never open on time. Claimed to open at 10:45. Consider lucky if the door is unlocked by 11:15. Management, if you can't open on time, please change the opening hours to avoid inconvenience for others.

  The dark-skinned worker with blonde/brown braids is extremely disrespectful. she messed up my order by putting the wrong protein so i politely let her know that it wasn’t what i ordered and if can be changed then she proceeds to say “you didn’t add that in your order” then when i show her proof she has a bad attitude making nasty faces after i showed her the proof. and while i am eating she kept looking over at me with such a angry expression. that’s no way to treat a paying customer. if i could give her service 0 stars i would.

  Small portions, they barely put any meat. The guy measured twice when adding meat to see if he was adding too much. I had to dig my food to find any meat. I do not recommend this place.

  Went in for lunch, restaurant had NO line and 2 customers eating. Waited on the line while the cashier and other workers made eye contact but still kept talking and "acting busy" (because why would anyone leave me standing there if they weren't "busy" right) to the point that the cook asked a clearly inexperienced worker (who did his best and was the best part of the whole experience) to assist me. He called out for rice and whilst it was being made the lady who I saw servicing someone as I walked in who could not be bothered to help me out the entire time came over to point out the fact that there was more white rice covered with a lid. I was so happy to finally be almost out of there when I asked for a side of guacamole. Lo and behold I was told they were "out" even though they were making mobile orders and had guacamole in that station. I asked for some since I am a paying customer right there and right now and you would have thought I asked for a kidney. Had to ask 3 times for them to fill the container because they were also trying to be cheap - not going to happen, I pay full price you give me a full serving. Bad customer service, bad communication, bad preparation (because you are across the stress from A SUPERMARKET and a short ride away from BJs) and just overall sad. Do better as customer service is the name of the game here .. you took the job, the least you can do is do it correctly.
