  So i walked in at 9:35/9:40 to get my bowl, they told me no chicken meanwhile it was being cooked, didn’t give me a wait time, whatever fine, got steak instead. Get to the condiments and then theres “no sour cream” as soon as i get to the end the lady charges me for two bowls by mistake , and 2 sauces incorrectly, what i presume to believe the manager came out gave me a refund and still did not charge me properly, got my chips way after the transaction, i got a side of sour cream only after I seen another customer get it on their food. Luckily no charge as its supposed to be free and I payed for sauces I did not receive. I sit down its now about 9:45/9:50 im a quarter of the way into my bowl the lady comes up to me saying “Im sorry i forgot to tell you the dining room is closed.” Like what did you do right during the entire transaction? Charged me wrong, gave me wrong order, made me wait extra, and then told me as I ate to kick rocks? Yeah last time coming here.

  Staff very rude. You say good morning what’s up, they reply with what you want today. Order double chicken and they are very skimpy with the portions. Legit. Over charging and under serving. Another day another corporate taking my dolla. Do better!

  Staff was super cool and provide great customer service 👌. The Sunday DJ play list was on point, made the time spent enjoyable 😉.

  My wife just pulled up to this Chipotle. She said it was a bit hectic. They didn’t have white rice. They didn’t have chipotle sauce. Wife checked out. They didn’t charge her for a tortilla. The guy made my wife go back and pay 54 cents for his mistake. The issue ain’t the money. The issue is just that it’s clear the manager is at fault. The food is great. It’s a chain. You can’t really complain. The corporation and the supply chain are on point. But there’s just a certain manager at this location that’s a little over their head in what they can manage.

  We enjoy Chipotle often but tonight was a major disappointment. First impression was dirty tables in dining area and filthy serving counter top. Should have left then. Ordered a double steak bowl and a chicken bowl along with other items. Server looked depressed and didn't greet me in any way. While preparing meals seemed to haphazardly throw food into bowl rather than artistically arrange. There was hardly any meat, steak and chicken, placed into the meals. It appeared much smaller than what I get in other area Chipotles and about 1/2 of what i got in Florida last week. I mentioned it looked skimpy but was totally ignored. When I got home noticed that oil had covered the bottom of my bag. My wife said there was "almost no chicken and I then told her my experience in the store. If you like meat in your bowls and a cleaner environment ago elsewhere.
