- IIITS PETTY TIME IPT3 days ago1.0This chipotle needs to go. First of all, they are cheap with the giving out the food and I was just here on Friday 5/15/2026 “ IRT”. So I ordered a salad bowl, the person ( a tall female with braids) proceeds to service me. She gives me all this rice, red beans and I’m not exaggerating this poor little scoop of chicken .. I said, I had my friend on the phone, I said umm can I please get a little bit more … she says; I’m going to have to charge you for an extra scoop .. I’m like how; you barely me scoop .. we go back and forth in conversation and then she leaves from servicing me just to take someone else and tells me well speak to manager; next! I said yeah I’m done, I left … H O R R I B L E SERVICE .. yall forget getting my money EVER AGAIN.. closed this place down

Online orders are never ready when they should be - even if you give them an extra 20 minute buffer, they don’t start making your food until you’ve begged them multiple times. Always out of stock of key ingredients, and pretty rude customer service. It’s not fair to the people ordering or especially the delivery drivers who have to beg the store to talk to them and make orders that should’ve been ready a while ago. Really unacceptable, have never been to a chipotle with this level of poor service before.
