- EBElla B1 day ago1.0Whoever is working on the mobile order station refused to make my food because it “wasn’t showing on the screen” after I showed them my digital receipt and confirmation. I work at McDonald’s and we have better service than this and I’m sure I get payed less. Also last I heard chipotle is owned by McDonald’s so your customer service skills should be as good as mine if not better. I guess this chipotle follows a “the customer is always wrong” policy. Cause why do I have to suffer at the expense of your outdated technology?

This is my 3rd time in a row, the staff can’t handle being wrong and get very upset when you tell them you have the wrong food. Told me it was my fault for being 5 min late to my pickup time.. Restaurant is dirty, trash overflowing. Sticky floors. So sad! It used to be good. The unfriendly, rude, aggressive staff working Monday night July 13th was the last straw for me.

There were crumbs and food pieces on the tables and floor, trash left on the table, and the seating area did not look clean or ready for customers. On top of that, I asked for steak and was told they didn’t have any, even though it looked like they were cooking it at the time. It was frustrating because the place was empty, so I expected better service and a cleaner restaurant. Not a good experience overall. Chipotle should do a better job keeping the dining area clean and being honest with customers about what food is available.
