  There are a lot of bad Chipotle’s in NYC, this one might actually be the worst. The staff feels actively hostile towards customers. Complete lack of care when preparing food (it was a bowl, not hard to prepare but they made it look like it). Staff played their own music on their own speakers playing very inappropriate music and unnecessarily loud. Truly pathetic.

  Whoever is behind the register on 8/4 at 2:30 pm is beyond rude and unprofessional. Her communication skills are poor especially for a customer service job.

  The attitudes at this location are so disgusting it makes you not want to spend your money. There’s a young male cashier and Hispanic woman who does cashier and the online orders very rude. I just went to buy chips I stood at the register for five minutes without anyone helping me. I had to ask is anyone working to which the Hispanic lady responded very rude and aggressive. The young male worker was also rude twice. The workers here are a very poor representation of your company and will continue to drive customers away.

  The attitudes of the employees at this Chipotle location are utterly disgusting! Every time I arrive there is passive aggressiveness, no greeting, and just disrespectful behavior for no reason. On the first occasion, I came on my lunch break and requested chicken for the protein. Chicken was on the grill, keep in mind it looked close to being done. We were told that chicken is not available at the moment, passive aggressively. Fortunately we had the time to wait and asked what the wait would be. We were then told, passive aggressively, that they don’t know. All food establishments have a timeframe in which food is made, thus the person on the grill should know. We did not argue back, and decided to leave. There is no customer service offered here whatsoever and this was on two consecutive occasions. I rarely write reviews but this is not how you treat patrons spending money at your establishment. There needs to be an entire rehire for the staff here. I’d rather take the two block walk up to Montague then deal with the treatment received here.
