  The place was very dirty and there was no hot sauce in the front. no drinks. no ice. I was standing waiting for someone to greet me because there was no hot sauce and it was extremely messy for me to even get my items. I asked one of the workers he tried to ignore me. I didn’t have to speak up again. He said he will ask but in a really rude tone and h he quickly tried to avoid me and he said he will check rolled his eyes but never did. I asked the lightskin girl with the full sleeve tat with lashes although she saw me standing there and also tried to avoid me. He was so rude for no reason like why act slow??? I asked ao nicely too. Do not take ur issues out on me. The energy was terrible. This got me so upset i forgot my drink smh.

  Went in today asked for a bowl asked for some extra rice first worker was nice but 2nd worker gave me half a scoop of chicken when I asked she said “that’s the normal portion” a normal portion is 4 oz I weighed it didn’t even get 3 oz of chicken only recieved 2.68 oz her attitude was truly the worst. Which sucks normally this location is nice and gives the right amount of portions but 2 oz of chicken?

  Ate here twice recently near NYU. The food itself didn’t taste bad: flavors were fine, portions were normal Chipotle size. But both times it completely wrecked my stomach. I spent basically an entire day stuck in the bathroom with the worst diarrhea I’ve ever had. It got bad enough that I ended up at the doctor and had to do both a colonoscopy and endoscopy just to rule anything else out. Not fun at all.

  They have no tap water at all. The soda fountain doesn't even have a tap or lever for water. They're also playing really loud and obnoxious rap music. I have never heard anything like it in any other Chipotle. Big servings though.

  My experience was horrible rude employees and manager. They open more then 30mins late after say they open at 10:45am they did not open until after 11:25am then had a big JBL speaker blasting music in front of, so loud the host Carmelle kept asking my order after I said it 3 times. She also had a attitude serving guest no greeting no smile no we apologize for the delay opening up , it was myself and 5 other people waiting . The manager proceed to dance to the music when asked a question . The rice was hard and not fully cooked . Very disappointed and disgusted . Will not recommend anyone going to that location
