  honestly wouldn’t even give them one star if i had the option. came for a bowl, the guy with glasses and a black cap was on the line. didn’t say anything to me. gave me the tiniest scrap of chicken, i asked for more and he looked at the empty container and put just a little more in. then was visibly annoyed when i asked for a little bit more cheese. very unfortunate that they charge so much for such a little amount of food they give. the person at the register also was apparently mute. no one spoke a word to me… if you can stay away from this location.

  The salad literally was wilted and frozen and had mold, when I asked if she had new lettuce she said do you want this or not. So I left.

  Don’t go here. Many of the staff are very rude. There was a boy that came in before me and the employee gave very rude looks even though the boy kindly asked for more chicken, since the employee gave way too little. When I went here and asked for more rice since they gave less, they said “that will be $5 dollars more.” Which is unbelievable since the entire bowl is 11-13 dollars. I stopped going here because I spot the rude employees and don’t want to gamble on which employee I’ll get, either the rude or nice one. Instead we order at a different chipotle where the service is better

  Worst chipotle ever, I come into the store I was told they’re only taking mobile orders. I place the order that’s when they start serving people. How absurd, now I wait for the order I was forced to make. I’m standing here waiting seeing them prepare to get a bowl full of rice and beans and six pieces of steak what a joke

  This is probably the best Chipotle in downtown Brooklyn in my honest opinion. Whenever I come here the staff are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I have seen discrepancies between in person orders/online orders so if you have the opportunity to go into the store to order your food, I would 100% suggest that
