- FLfresh prince lgtoday1.0My experience at the Brooklyn Junction location was horrible. An employee named Arielle, who was wearing a red shirt, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She ignored me multiple times, and when I politely asked if my order was ready, she responded, "You gotta wait," with a disrespectful attitude.What made the situation even more frustrating was that she continued handing out food to other customers while my order appeared to be ready. I saw my name on the order and asked if I could please receive my food, but she again responded that I had to wait, without providing any explanation.Additionally, another employee wearing a blue shirt, with short hair and the one with hair in a ponytail, appeared to be standing around laughing instead of helping customers while the restaurant was busy. This added to my frustration and gave the impression that customer service was not a priority.The lack of professionalism, respect, and urgency from the staff was unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression, and I will not return to the Brooklyn Junction location as long as this type of behavior continues. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

He doesn't always understand waiting. The wait in line could have resulted into a fullblown tantrum/meltdown, but it didn't because the line moved pretty quickly, in the afternoon and late night, on day one. It was not so fast for breakfast the next day. Another concern was the large NYC rats that popped in and out of the rocks on the sidewalk, outside of the store, near the curb. I pray they don't find their way inside eatery. One more concern I have is the price of the meals, they are a bit pricey for this frugal gal. The food is really good so I guess I will continue to pay for it for now. The majority of the staff was great, especially the "doorman" at the door. He tried his best to make people laugh and smile. The 2 cops outside not so much. I have been a loyal customer since the late 90's. Had my first CFA meal at Military Circle Mall, in VA. It was the classic Chicken sandwich meal. I had to have their honey mustard sauce on my sandwich, those wonderful waffle fries and that lovely lemonade, I crave so much. I love their shakes, salads and breakfast food. Parking over there is awful.
