  I absolutely love the food and the atmosphere at CAVA! Everything always tastes so fresh, and the environment is clean, welcoming, and enjoyable every time I visit. Also, Saimy is incredibly kind, caring, and friendly — she always makes the experience even better with her amazing attitude and customer service. Highly recommend!

  This was the best service I ever received at Cava!!!I was helped by Miguel and Kim and when I tell you the customer service was through the roof!!!! I mean through the roof! They were so Kind and helpful and so informative! Cava Definitely has a new customer with me!

  Cava has gone so far down hill. Overpriced and not worth the money anymore imo. I just ordered a Salmon + Yogurt Dill bowl and the piece of salmon they gave me was inexcusable (half and inch wide and maybe 3 inches long for 20 dollars???). Do yourself a favor and only ever order if you can go and person and watch them make it (so you can check them on this BS). For me, I’m not ordering from here EVER again.

  I would like to raise a concern about a manager at this location. She appears to be in her 30s and consistently displays rude and arrogant behavior. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed her treating delivery drivers very disrespectfully when they come to pick up orders. Her attitude often comes across as discriminatory and unprofessional. I kindly request that the Cava team address this issue and take appropriate action. Situations like this can create serious problems in the future if not handled properly.
