  Worst experience ever. I understand lunch time is so busy. This girl is so rude. She tried to argue with me with my pronounciation Amir lol. Will never come back again.

  The food isn't bad, but the customer service is appalling. I had to wait ages to pick up my order because the staff was having a disagreement. They completely ignored the delivery drivers. It's a shame, because a good meal in that aggressive atmosphere makes me not recommend this place.

  Don’t order delivery from this place, their staff is not equipped to handle it. Our poor delivery driver got stuck waiting there for an hour for our food (2 of their standard bowls, unedited) and they just ignored him when he inquired about the order. I tried to calm so he could leave and continue his deliveries but they did not answer the phone. Really bad service.

  Without a doubt the worst Cava in New York City. Service is extremely slow and rude, sometimes they just stare at you and don’t even respond (lacking basic human decency). Unsure how Cava allows a franchised location to be so absolutely terrible.

  I love the food at cava but have stopped coming for months because I find the service operations to be incredibly frustrating. Specifically, staff is trained to move multiple people through the food line in lockstep. So if I come in alone and have anyone in front or behind me, I have to go through the food line in multiple steps along with other people, often with significant waits in between each step. I understand this service approach works in theory when it’s busy, but when it’s not (which is most of the time), this process forces customers to wait in between every step and makes the overall experience much longer than it needs to be. From a customer experience standpoint, this is incredibly frustrating. I don’t need to become intimately familiar with what the person in front and/or behind me is ordering. To the cava manager, please take this feedback in the spirit it is intended, and alter training of staff so that customers aren’t forced into this lockstep assembly line during non-peak times. It makes us feel like cattle.
