  I had such a great experience at CAVA in Williamsburg! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything tasted delicious. The portions were generous, and all the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. I especially loved the chicken, hummus, and toppings—they all came together perfectly. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I would come back to again! Highly recommend! 🥗❤️

  We ordered twice from this location on ubereats. Both orders are missing many ingredients, sauce, and pita. How is the staff here so poorly trained that they can forget a lot of the ingredients. This seems like a poorly run operation.

  I go here a lot, today on a busy Wednesday afternoon only one guy serving the food and one at the counter I don’t know if it’s the team leader here or the corporate themself this is absurd food & atomosphere is fine but having only 1 employee making bowls for a line of 12 please work on this! Thanks

  I ordered CAVA from this location many times( only cava location available to my home) they either miss pita, miss some sauce, or miss dips, like one out of five time they get my order correct. This is straight up ridiculous. And this is through the span of two years. I beg please fix your deliver order. Seriously. This piss me off so bad

  I love Cava, but the staff member who handled my payment today was unnecessarily rude. I had gotten a kids meal as I wasn't too hungry, and the staff who was assembling the bowl wasn't sure if I'd pay the full $3.95 extra if I got steak, as it's a half portion. When I got to checkout the server charged the full amount and was rude about the fact that I asked a question to clarify re. the amount (I didn't even ask her to remove the added charge or change it or anything, I just wanted to clarify as the other server wasn't sure). I dropped it, and then asked about the pita chips/1/4 pita that comes with the meal, and she, again annoyedly, told me they're out of both. She then asked if I want a cup for water, but I said I was going to grab the orange juice included with the meal. She was, unsurprisingly, annoyed at that also. I then went to the fridge and there was no orange juice ofcourse. So all-in-all, I paid $4 extra for: - An upgrade that I got a half-portion of - No pita or pita chips that were supposed to be included - No drink that was supposed to be included - Extremely rude service Thanks Cava.
