  great staff, very personable and kind. no matter how busy it is they take their time and they make sure every thing is orderly. the space is always clean and they are on top of everything possible. definitely would recommend 10/10

  My son throughly enjoys this place. Its seem very mich like a offshoot of chipotle. Nothing too crazy just well made food with a price point to incentive you to cook at home unless.......

  Let's talk about how Much of a fan I am of Cava but really the pita chips that I didn't even realize that I was paying extra every time I bought a bowl. That's how good they are!!! I went into the store today, demanding my free chips with my bowl and the ladies were trying to tell me that it doesnt come with it💔 anyway. Im so Sorry ladies. The manager was so nice and gave me not one, but 2 pita Chips😍. I didnt deserve 🫣 So if you're ever around and you're hungry , come to 345 adams street to get your CAVA🍴🥗 But don't forget your PITA chips!!😮‍💨🤤🤤🤤 😍😍😍😍😍

  Customer service at this location really needs improvement. Just ordered the Salmon, it's a mere sliver of what a staff was preparing. Obviously it was not the full serving, so I asked if that's it. I was promptly told 'yes' by the staff who seemed irritated because I asked. The young lady serving the base also needs to recognize that customers are free to indicate their preference/ choice without being made to feel they are being annoying.

  I really enjoy the food at CAVA—it’s always fresh, flavorful, and something I look forward to. That said, I’ve recently noticed that the portions seem a bit smaller than they used to be, and at times they don’t feel quite as filling. I completely understand the challenges restaurants face, but I do hope there can be a bit more consistency with portion sizes, especially for the price. It would make the overall experience even better. I’ve shared similar thoughts with others who enjoy dining here as well, and we all really appreciate the quality of the food—just hoping for portions that match it.
