Bluestone Lane DUMBO Café

Bluestone Lane’s first entry into the “BK” is our DUMBO Café. Located at 55 Prospect Street, we're part of the new DUMBO Heights campus. We’re crossing the Brooklyn Bridge into the heart of a thriving, active community of new tech and advertising startups, wedged between the historic Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. This pioneering development, includes some of the world’s most innovative companies including the Global Headquarters for Etsy, Frog Design and WeWork. Consistent with our Manhattan based cafés, our all-day menu is focused on seasonal, health-oriented offerings including brunch highlights such as our Avocado Smash, a new twist on our classic Bircher Muesli and Bacon Egg Roll, which can all be paired with our cold-pressed juice range such as the Portsea and Fitzroy. This location also features a change in aesthetic, which has been designed to complement Brooklyn’s diverse surroundings and to ensure that the space has a more sophisticated feeling to support our broader beverage offering. Featuring sumptuous white Carrera marble bar, brass trimmings on white oak, blue-vein polished concrete flooring (a throwback to our favorite Melbourne Australia cafes) and our quintessential Collective Café seafoam green tiles, this is a stylish blend of the past and present. Featuring a fully licensed bar, for those that sometimes enjoy a stronger way to relax (or celebrate) Bluestone Lane's DUMBO Café will be the first of our stores to include our own unique cocktail list, and signature cocktails using our own espresso coffee. Other must have cocktails are Orange Is The New Black (BL espresso, chocolate-orange ganache, Maker’s Mark and steamed milk) and Honey I’m Home (BL cold brew, chocolate bitters, whisky, honey, vanilla bean and coffee liqueur). We also have a full beer and wine list, featuring plenty of Australian names and domestic wines that we love. Our DUMBO location has been designed to host private events, casual cocktail parties and celebrations, featuring flexible furniture arrangements and a Sonos multi-media and AV system.
