Customer service is one of the main things for a successful business and when it seems like your bothering the business by simply ordering it throws things way off especially when you are proactive about supporting black owned businesses.

Ordering on uber hasn’t resulted in great experiences at all. This is definitely more of a walk in and order place as every uber order I recieved has been messed up. Whether they’ve left side orders of fries, or sending regular burgers despite orders calypso style its always something. I’d love to return once they can properly get their delivery orders together.

The fries were undercooked, and all the sauces are different now — the ranch is too salty, the BBQ sauce isn’t what it used to be, and the honey mustard is overly bitter (where’d the honey go?). The burger and seasoning are still great, but it’s sad to see the quality slipping

BBS Burger Factory has become one of my go-to spots because the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. My absolute favorites are the Buffalo wings and the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper wings—they are seriously amazing. The Buffalo has the perfect amount of heat, and the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper is the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and savory. I find myself craving them all the time!
