- PRPheonix S. RoseNov 6, 20242.0The service here was very nice and the staff was very respectful. The reason why I am giving them such a low score is because of the ice cream. Half of the ice creams have no tag or wrong tags. I just ordered a triple scoop along with some other items. I thought I was getting mint chocolate, gold ribbon, and cookies and cream ice cream which I've had in other stores no problem. However, when I went to eat what I thought was the gold ribbon ice cream my mouth got filled with the taste of peanut butter. I have never been formally diagnosed with having a peanut allergy but the taste and smell makes me feel nauseous and my tongue slightly tingly and or numb. If I was someone with a peanut allergy I would be in a lot of trouble due to unknowingly eating something that contains peanuts. I had to dispose the whole thing since even the other layers of flavors had tasted of this. In the end I am left feeling like I wasted my time and money and thankful that I don't have a nut allergy because then I would have wasted more time and money on a hospital trip. Please fix this issue.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
