Had a reservation for 8:15 ,we were here at 7:47pm and were constantly asked the amount of people after responding 5 times and multiple people were seated before us( parties of 8 and up) we were a party of 6 and got seated at 8:54 pm. Communication was very poor between workersup front. I would recommend a timed table for this restaurant they are very unorganized. But overall food was great and server was very kind
We came here to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and ended up having such a great overall experience. From the moment we sat down, Natasha was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout the visit. She stayed engaged with our table, gave helpful menu suggestions, and made everyone feel genuinely welcome without being overbearing. As someone who works in customer service, I really notice the small details, and her attitude honestly elevated the entire experience. The food and drinks were both excellent, and the atmosphere had a fun, relaxed Caribbean vibe that made the celebration feel special. Everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well put together from start to finish. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re looking for good food, great drinks, and warm service.
Went there for mother's day with reservation. We got there a good 15 mins before reservations and taken to sit right away and it was a busy evening. The waiter was so sweet, took careful notes of my son's allergies, we never felt rushed. As busy as it was waiter never seemed stress, was so attentive, took her time. Decore is very nice. Despite close tables we never felt the other table was on top of us or encroaching in our space. The food was so good and the wait was not terrible at all. Very happy with this experience.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Bamboo Walk, the Caribbean restaurant that perfectly blends mouthwatering cuisine with exceptional service. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by everything from the vibrant atmosphere to the delightful dishes that transported my taste buds straight to the islands.
Jhnell, our server, truly went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the evening. Jhnell's knowledge of the menu was impressive. She expertly guided us through the various options, offering recommendations that catered to our taste preferences. Her attentive service made us feel not just like customers, but like valued guests – a detail that always elevates a dining experience.
We had a large party and opted for the $89 menu and it was worth every dollar. Each dish we ordered was a festival of flavors and the drinks were mixed perfectly ensuring that everyone enjoyed their respective choice of spirits and ordered more. Every appetizer was delicious and a delight to eat. The jerk chicken was beautifully spiced and grilled to perfection. The shrimp and grits complimented each other perfectly and pleased everyone at the table. The chicken and waffles and curry goat were also big hits at the table leaving smiles on the face of everyone that tasted it. Each dish left us wanting for more. It’s not merely a meal at Bamboo Walk; it’s a culinary journey filled with bold spices and fresh ingredients.
A highlight of the evening was the phenomenal photos taken by Annie, the restaurant’s talented photographer. Annie has an eye for capturing the essence of the moment and the vibrant ambiance at Bamboo Walk. Her mastery of photography captured magical moments of this dining experience for myself and my family that will be remembered forever.
In conclusion, my visit to Bamboo Walk was an exceptional experience that I can’t recommend highly enough. With fantastic food, impeccable service from Jhnell, and stunning photography by Annie, this Caribbean gem is a must-visit. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make it a point to dine here—you won’t regret it!

Warm Regards,
I was overly excited to attend my mother’s 50th Birthday Dinner and I would like to share my honest review because I am a bit dissatisfied.
I arrived earlier on that day around 1-2PM to drop off the Cake and Balloons in preparation for the Dinner late that night around 7PM. I was greeted by the associates and shortly after greeted by the Manager, Roger. I also had specific candles to be put on the cake, he ensured that he would include it.
However, he was a bit redundant to “holding the cake” for us stating that he did not have the room for it in the restaurant ; being that it was so early, which one had nothing to do with another.
After going back and forth about it and me explaining the distance of how far I have came from and collecting the cake on behalf of someone who gifted it to her, he said ok.
Now, it’s the night of the Dinner, everything was running smoothly, then I ordered my cocktail and it took almost a whole hour after my arrival, while most of the guests were already served. The Speciality Bamboo drink was disgusting, when mixed it just was a glob of green juice. I ordered another one and it was just as worse.
I ordered Salmon Pasta and it was alright, the pasta was cheesy but lacked salt and flavor, the Salmon was dry and no sauce on it, I was highly disappointed in the food and drinks for the money spent and the manner in which I was spoken to when I first arrived to drop off the cake and balloons, about he didn’t have the space, when we had arrangements for 12 guests way in advance.
To make matters worse, when it was time to cut the cake, the candles that I brought were not used and they stuck those flaming candles all over the words on the cake, it was an expensive cake that was custom ordered and my mother wanted it to be specific with the candles she asked me to purchase. I was HIGHLY annoyed and irritated because he told me he was going to do it, and apologized that he was not able to host from the start because he was busy, and the waitress stated she didn’t know. The waitress Janelle, stated she felt bad and she wanted to do it over with the candles we did bring, and of course she did which was refreshing.
On the walkout, a few of the party guests and myself and my mother remained at the venue while everything else was being finalized and I had a mixed drink, Don Julio with Pineapple, it tasted like it had a hint of ginger which was nice, I enjoyed it.
Overall, the customer service was fair, minus the few hiccups. The food was ok. I tasted the Mash Potatoes from my Mother’s Dinner and it tasted like Box Mash Potatoes, very dissatisfied. The ambience and decor I give it a 8/10, very appealing, clean and spacey.
I would NOT recommend this place for a Big Guest List 👎🏾
This review is based solely on being underwhelmed with my dining experience. Stopped in for lunch and ordered what I thought was a quick simple meal choice. I was unimpressed with the food for sure. The chicken had very little flavor and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. That being said the biggest surprise were all the added charges to the bill. A $37 plate with juice turned into $70. As you can see from my receipt they included mashed potatoes on the order but upsild men$10 for it. The other part was a 20% gratuity for a party of one???. Never again! This place is crossed of my list. Eater beware.
