  My friend from Sophia was visiting from CT this weekend and we got to surprise her with a birthday celebration at Arlo. The food and drinks were good, and the service was great - a huge thank you to Elma and Nathaniel for making the entire experience so memorable. Elma and Nathaniel, thank you for being so good to us - today really meant the world to Sophia. We can’t wait to visit again!

  Emani was wonderful!!! The pool closed early but she continued to ensure we got service and enjoyed the amenities. Without her service, we absolutely would not have ended the day with a positive experience.

  Maggie, the hostess, at the rooftop pool was outstanding. She was so accommodating, warm, and welcoming - it really set the tone for the entire experience. 10/10 for this hotel and the amazing service provided from great people like Maggie!

  I had an amazing experience at this rooftop pool! The atmosphere was beautiful, the views were incredible, and everything was well maintained. Nathaniel was especially accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, which really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day. I’ll absolutely be back!

  If I could give zero reviews I would. Came here to watch the World Cup with friends and basically got scammed. The TV didn’t work for basically more than half the game(it stopped working again as I’m typing this after half time. security kicked people off the seats AND the floor. They said you need a bracelet because it’s “reserved” mind you.. I’m sitting on the floor near the pool. They were also charging around $100 to “reserve the beach chair. We paid close to $90 for a ticket, drinks were pretty pricy for the size of the cup. They were also using an illegal streaming site to stream AND for the few brief mins they were able to turn it on, it wasn’t full screen and the DJ was blasting music the whole time AMD the music sucked. Edit: THEY ALSO HAD NO WORKING ELEVATOR, only one available was only for hotel residents. we had to walk up 9 flights. Give me my money back. If you’re going, There’s literally no where to stand this place is a scam Hope you had other plans Shabang 🗑️
