- ISimrose saif5 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience at this ice cream shop! The ice cream was incredibly fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Every scoop tasted amazing, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. What made the visit even better was the staff. They were very friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The team served everyone with a smile and made sure customers felt comfortable and happy. Their excellent customer service truly made the place special!

The place was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice. Perfect spot for desserts and hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back again!

- NNNMay 6, 20262.0Horrifying place really, I wish I had taken photos. NYC health dept would definitely declare this a hazard — the most filthy food established I’ve ever walked into. If I hadn’t been really craving some fro-yo I would have turned around.. The store was basically empty with 3 employees, but the store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. counters were covered in spilled candy bits and crumbs, syrupy juices, floors were literally soaked big spills that seemed to habe happen long ago (I had to point out to an employee). Honestly, I was certain I was going to get food poison from the topping bar alone. The fro-yo itself was .. fine… it did indeed hit the spot, but was half melted/definitely not at the right temperature. I wish I was being dramatic, it was really a sight to behold.
