The WhiteBird Tavern plays homage to L'Oiseau Blanc (The White Bird) which was a French Levasseur PL. 8 biplane that disappeared in 1927 during an attempt to make the first non-stop transatlantic flight from Paris to New York. Flown by WWI aces Charles Nungesser and François Coli, the vanished aircraft remains one of aviation's greatest unsolved mysteries.
The Whitebird Tavern offers an extensive menu that incorporates the chefs vision and his travels around the world. You will be able to dine on USDA Prime Steaks, an assortment of Signature burgers and sandwiches as well as inventive starters and entrees which will change seasonally.
