Every single time I arrive for pickup, I am greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine smile. The team members are always friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they consistently make the entire process so easy and stress free. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. I greatly appreciate the time and care they put into shopping my orders and bringing everything out to my car. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service keep me coming back again and again. Thank you to the entire Acme pickup team for all of your hard work. You are appreciated more than you know, and you make a busy life so much easier. Keep up the amazing work!

While there are many who are genuinely very courteous, there are others who are not; if you need assistance, they fail to provide proper attention. For those of us who work in delivery—and who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here—the treatment we receive is abysmal. The deli counter staff is extremely slow and wastes customers' time. The people who prepare online orders are also very slow, and when you approach them with a question, they treat you poorly—everyone just seems bitter.

I asked her for help today, and she pointed to the shelf and said its somewhere over there.... and her attitude really shows through the other staff.. again, very nice store, but the environment is very uneasy.

I couldn’t buy cough medicine because my girlfriend didn’t have an ID mind you lt is for me,I am paying for it and we are well over 18 years old .Store policy says they need to see both. Thats the dumbest thing ever. There’s so many ways around that policy, that it’s useless and inconvenient
