  I just had the worst experience ever in all fast food restaurants. I spent almost $40 for 2 orders. When we started driving I realized that I was missing part of the order. Yes my bad for not checking the bag at the counter. When I headed back I explained my situation and the cashier told me that I needed to wait 15 mins. The 15 mins became 30 mis, then 45 mins, then 1 hour for 6 freaking wings. My rest of the order got cold. The cashier graciously offered me the fries to be replaced, she said 2 mins which became 10. I walk to the counter with the intention to leave the order and walk away, then I thought of the $36 I paid. They replaced only one of the fries orders and I walked away with one order short. My kids are prohibited from coming to this place or ask me to buy them thst. Kennedy fried chicken would have been cheaper and tastier. 3 stars for the cashier for attempting helping me. 4 stars to one of the cook 0 star to the manager who never came to find out what was happening.

  They robbed me for my money i order online my order was totally incorrect and when i submitted 3 feedback and complaint requesting my refund for the wings and ranch i didnt receive but was over charged for because most wing stops charge 1.45 for ranch the fordham location charges 1.69 and didnt even put it in the bag. Im reporting this to the better business bureau to continue my attempt to get my refund back.

  Ordered april 27, 2026 my order was canceled, which is understandable. It is now May 16, 2026 havent received refund. Called store multiple times no answer, call customer services they see everthing in system but cant seem to reach store for me to receive refund. Only put 2 stars cause food is usually good. And yes since i ordered online, when I initially reported to took me to help contact which filled out twice. For now to receive response to return to same platform that hasn't gotten any results, but third times a charm right.
