  Workers were so kind and efficient. The store however did not have any AC which is inhumane to both customer and employee alike. Please fix this for them , Knicks in 5 <3

  This is the first time I came inside Taco Bell and the customer service is 100% excellent. Also it’s very clean in here and easy to get the drinks on the side, and I rate this location 999 trillion stars.

  I ordered through the app for four items using my points/rewards which includes one BOGO deal and two free items. Upon arriving to the store, the cashier working there under the name Fernanda refused to make my order claiming that there is a scam going around Taco Bell. I explained to the staff how could there be a scam with my order if I placed through the Taco Bell app. Still, she refused to make my order and even stated the manager had refused as well. I spent my points on this order only for them to claim that it was scam. This is deeply unfair and I feel I'm owed those items I earned using through the Taco Bell app. Please train your staff better in determining fake orders because they are incorrectly refusing sale on valid transactions. I lost money on points which are very much real dollars.

  1 star for being too expensive! I understand that there are different franchises but man, this Taco Bell here is way more expensive than the other ones I go to. My main Taco Bell is the one located on 361 East Fordham Road and the prices there are way cheaper than this location here. I visit Broadway every now and then and today I decided to stop by because I was not going to Fordham today and when I went in, and started the order on the kiosk and saw the high prices on this, I said nope I am getting someone ekse to eat somewhere else. To add steak or chicken to a burrito is $1.99 compared to the dollar they charge on Fordham and the burrito itself is $4 plus tax and the $2 to add steak or chicken which would come out to nearly $7 with all the tax included when I would spend $4.24 at the location on Fordham. Sorry, but this location for me is just a big no-no and I'd rather get something else in the area than to spend $7 on a burrito when it'll cost me $3 less on Fordham. Lower your prices here and maybe I will upgrade my rating.
