  It smells like a toilet as soon as you walk in, customer service could be better but that smell makes you not even want to order. Something has to be done about that.

  1 star for being too expensive! I understand that there are different franchises but man, this Taco Bell here is way more expensive than the other ones I go to. My main Taco Bell is the one located on 361 East Fordham Road and the prices there are way cheaper than this location here. I visit Broadway every now and then and today I decided to stop by because I was not going to Fordham today and when I went in, and started the order on the kiosk and saw the high prices on this, I said nope I am getting someone ekse to eat somewhere else. To add steak or chicken to a burrito is $1.99 compared to the dollar they charge on Fordham and the burrito itself is $4 plus tax and the $2 to add steak or chicken which would come out to nearly $7 with all the tax included when I would spend $4.24 at the location on Fordham. Sorry, but this location for me is just a big no-no and I'd rather get something else in the area than to spend $7 on a burrito when it'll cost me $3 less on Fordham. Lower your prices here and maybe I will upgrade my rating.

  I chose this location primarily because it was open late at night, which made it more convenient than other options. I placed a large order, and several items were incorrect. I ordered tacos without sour cream, but all of them were prepared with sour cream. While I acknowledge that I should have checked the order before leaving, accuracy is still something customers should be able to expect. The self-serve drink station also presented some issues. The lids did not fit securely, which made it very easy for drinks to spill with minimal movement. One positive aspect of the visit was the chicken quesadilla, which was well prepared and enjoyable. However, that alone did not make up for the overall experience. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and it did not appear to be understaffed, which made the mistakes somewhat surprising. I would recommend that others carefully review their orders before leaving to avoid similar issues.

  This taco bell is awesome! Its always clean, the staff is professional, fast, and super friendly. The food is great. Always a pleasure to dine there. Thanks guys Keep up the great work.

  This is a terrible location. I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order while another customer walked in and received their order immediately. The store was empty, yet no one acknowledged me while I stood at the register. The employees did not speak English and made no effort to communicate or assist. I see that there are multiple complaints about this location citing the same issues, and it’s disappointing that nothing has changed. This will be my last time visiting this location.
