  Constant inconsistency, food is always made wrong or missing an entire item, genuinely it looks like they make the orders with their eyes closed and i never have a successful order when i order from them through delivery they don’t gaf

  They always have my order ready when I order in the app and are quick and efficient. They are friendly when asking my name for my order

  The worst trip to Taco Bell ever I should’ve went during the day when the actual manager is present because this girl with the braids always has the worse attitude and she told this new girl to not make my food and she actually listened !!! I paid $50 for some Taco Bell for them to think they can deny my kids all because I asked for my kids who have ALLERGIES food not to touch their counter!!

  So I’m a big taco eater, as well as my kids we visit Taco Bell at least 2/3 times a week! The same employee has been working every shift we go to order, I simply requested that my food not be placed on their Dirty metal counter that rarely gets cleaned and I have numerous pictures to prove it. This particular employee has always had a bad attitude every time I enter their restaurant and today decided not only to deny making my food that I pay $50 for but also THREATEN to slap me in my face for taking pictures of them behind the counter to show how they weren’t doing their job.. IM 8 months pregnant!!! To be threaten in front of my kids and while pregnant by a so called “ manager” is beyond me. This specific location is always filthy and filled with bad energy except the actual Male manager that does work day shifts.
