  I placed the order online. I went to pick it up there was indian lady working there.. I went there 2 min earlier to get it she said with nasty attitude wait over there we will call your name.. she thought I was working for Uber Eats…then I got my order I told her Im not working for Uber Eats… I told her I’m customer…customer service sucks… STOP JUDGING PEOPLE BY LOOK…everyone don’t work for Uber Eats…

  I came for a quick stop to get something fast to eat. They were very kind and very patient with me and my daughter. My daughter, who was very excited about their cookies.

  gross inside and they don’t give you your food until the time on my app, even though it was already ready. my food was ready at 8:03 and I watched it sit there until 8:30 because the man wouldn’t let me pick it up, even though i was there and proved it was my order

  I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I placed an online order for two footlong subs for pickup in the morning. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready yet and the staff had just started preparing it. While making the sandwiches, I noticed they were not adding the sauces I had selected in my order. When I asked about it, the staff told me that I had chosen “too many sauces” (around four) and that they could not add all of them. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had specifically customized and paid for my order through the app. I explained that I was paying for the food exactly as I ordered it, but they still refused and insisted that it was “too much” and could not be done. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. If certain customizations are not allowed, that should be clearly stated on the app. Otherwise, customers should receive their orders exactly as placed—especially when they’ve already paid for them. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of customer respect
