  Today I went to order sausalito turkey at the deli. There was no line; I was the first to arrive. I waited patiently for my turn, as a friendly Latino gentleman nearby was promptly asked what he wanted to order. I calmly and clearly explained to the staff member, a Latina woman behind the deli counter, that I was waiting to order and that it was unfair to ask him to order before me. And she bluntly did so on purpose. Some staff members display bias, which feels unprofessional, especially since I am spending my money here. It sucks because I want to shop, buy my items, and go, but the hoops and barriers you have to go through definitely lower the customer experience.

  I love coming to this supermarket but every time I walk in, I look to see how long the line is and its always 3/4 cashiers and the lines is always 20 plus deep for each line. Then I walk out and go somewhere else.THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE CASHIERS!!!!!!

  just now New I advise everyone not to come here. I got 4 keys made, it didn't work. I came back a 2nd time and the worker called himself fixing it. I told him please don't let me come back a 3rd time. He stated no it's going to work. Tried it and it still doesn't work. I came back requesting my money, now they say they i need a receipt meanwhile when I came back the 2nd time he didn't ask for a receipt. Come on for 8.53 cents. Why would I waste my time coming back if I was pulling one over on them. Make it make sense. Their customer service is horrible could barely speak English and want to rip me off. Highly don't recommend.
