  I have to admit I love the burgers, slushie, and shake if I have to rate it definitely seem on par with Wendy.

  Sonic always its when it comes to the dessert. Now the food can be hit or miss. I usually go for the onion rings, tots and sometimes a burger every now and then

  employees were on their phones and just standing around, while customers were waiting on orders. It was quite busy for employees to just be idle and not to be helping each other out. The line cleared and cashier didn’t go around to help others, check on orders or make drinks she also was on her phone while customers were in front of her telling their orders, how unprofessional!! The person making drinks literally just dropped off drinks didn’t call out the customers name so they can retrieve them. So many customers had to walk up and ask for their drinks that were sitting around. They were fully staffed, 3/4 cooks , 3 people in the front so waiting 30 minutes seems like it could have been avoided can’t really give a rating for the food because my order got cold waiting around for ice cream for another 20 minutes. So disappointed!!!!

  So today I decided to go to sonic for the first time because my son wanted to try it out and so did I so when I got there, there was nobody behind a register at first I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes with someone to come to the register to take my order so Then the guy came to the register and asked how could he help me? I told him I want it to smash burgers one of them with no mayonnaise and one of them with no tomato with a fry and a tater tots and two drinks then I paid about $27 waited a next 15 to 20 minutes for the food to be ready when I got the food and opened it. One of them didn’t have tomato, but it had mayonnaise. The other one had mayonnaise with no tomato so I went back to the register to explain to them that they messed up the order cause on the receipt and on the two boxes of the burger it clearly said one of them with no mayonnaise and the other one without tomato but they messed up the whole order. Then the lady that was in the back cooking she got an attitude because she said oh, but she did it the right way I said no one of them says no tomato and the other one says no mayonnaise but you put mayonnaise on the one with the tomato and then took the tomato off of the other one and didn’t put no mayonnaise anyway I asked for a refund and got my money back. There was four people in their total behind the register working well there wasn’t directly behind a register. They was just wandering around and they are on top of that. The two women that were cooking in the back, cause you could see straight through or just sitting in there chatting talking to each other like no customers were in there. It was just a very, very terrible experience. I will never ever in my lifetime. Go back to that sonic restaurant, which is located on Boston Road and Gunhill Road in the Bronx mind you they just open not too long ago. What a terrible experience when I was about to leave there was another lady in there trying to order a drink, but she was standing there for about 10 minutes cause there was nobody at the registers neither very terrible. Don’t waste your time and go there.

  Workers in this establishment aren’t so bright and lack common sense .. I placed an order under the name Eliza when my food was ready they were calling out “A” . I didn’t have the slightest clue that was my order because I never placed an order under the name “A” by time I got my food my milkshake was already melted and my food was cold .. the workers had the audacity to get an attitude with me when they made the mistake .. even when she was calling out the order I asked the cashier was that my food and she said no because that’s not the name on my receipt.. what kind of stupidity is that .. they were WRONG and instead of apologizing and correcting my food they chose to get an attitude with me like I did something wrong .. I’m disgusted will never return .. I’m not spending my money on stupidity & lack of accountability
