One of the lady's at the front told us they just accepting orders online, after we made ours and sit down to wait other customer came and they accepted the order by the counter. On top of that spent 30 minutes waiting and the customer that came behind us got their food served. Meanwhile I ask to the same lady if my order was ready and with a nasty attitude ignored me. That's the way businesses start loosing customers. The food was good but the customer service experience was so bad. Both of the lady's at the front need to get some customer service classes

First order was missing items and wrong items second order came with the wrong items again while being sloppy. Usually great. Someone clearly not caring about orders at the moment.
