- ZHZoe Hernandez1 day ago1.0Genuinely so disappointed with the shake. It tastes good but without the thick layer of whipped cream it wouldn’t even be filled to the top of the cup. We weren’t even the only people with this issue :( The picture of it is on the counter before it was even given to us. The service was also pretty disorganized and we waited like 20 minutes.

The atmosphere is different because even though it is somewhat fast-food, it also isn't. They bring it to your table, and it's in metal baskets, not cardboard. The menu of items is different than anywhere else so it's a nice change.
