I come and order friend shrimp at least 2x a week and I call and walk around the block to get it and then they started to ID and search me just to go and paybfor my stuff I think they are loosing touch and if safety is the much of an issue to do a pick up then maybe there are bigger issues at play here that's all

Food was great, DJ and music vibes were fun, service really lacked and was disappointing. I understand its a busy place but when my group arrived it was quiet and dead. Took forever to seat us and find our reservation. Even long for drink and food orders. With some discipline and more organization it can be better. Overall had a great time.

Today on Mother’s Day I thought to finally give this restaurant a try after living in the area for almost 2 years. My mother drove all the way from Queens. When walking in we were greeted by the host who asked us if we had reservations, I told her no we didn’t and asked if we needed one to eat there. I looked around the restaurant and it was completely empty with the exception of 1 couple having breakfast and 2 men with to-go bags. She said we needed a reservation because of the “special day”. That I could completely understand and it was my fault for not thinking ahead. But the restaurant was literally empty. She said they could make an exception but it would be a time limit because of the reservations. LOL I said ok. They Sat us at a table literally right next to the couple. Out of all the empty tables in the restaurant but that was ok because the couple was very kind and friendly. It was 11:45 which was brunch, but they gave us lunch menus. I asked if I could have the brunch menus seeing that it was technically still the late morning. They came back with the menus and we took our orders and he kept asking me am I sure I don’t want an appetizer and drinks. I declined and he was like are you sure? No appetizer? None? And I repeated myself saying no. When the food came it was ok. Definitely wasn’t worth the price it is priced at. Anywho all of that could have been acceptable but then I asked for the bill the waiter in a low bone asked if I could pay in cash. I told him I don’t have cash. He asked again if I could pay with cash, I informed him a second time that I only have card and do not carry cash. And he walked away. When I looked at the bill I saw that the prices of the food were completely incorrect. Everything was $5-$7 more than what it was on the menu. Resulting in my bill being a whole $25 more with gratuity included. He walked by me a few times to see if I put my payment down. By the third time he walked by I asked him if he could give me the menu because why were the prices were different from what was originally on the menus? He then took the checkbook back walked over to the stand said something in dismiss and him sing the host went to changing the prices back. He came back to me and the bill went from being $95 to $70! I was so annoyed and distracted I didn’t think to take pictures of anything. But I did tell the table next to me to watch their bills and calculate their total because they just tried to scam my mother and I. That was a horrible experience and if that’s what this restaurant is doing that is disgraceful. Upcharging people and hoping they won’t notice. Asking to pay cash so their isn’t a trace and you can pocket the money… if they are doing this to me a young woman I can’t imagine how they are scamming the elderly that live in this community. They are lucky I paid the bill with the tip and didn’t cause a scene. I will never come to gods establishment and will make sure to let the co-op city forum chats know this place is a scam and anyone rose who asks about this place.

This place gets TURNT. Fridays/Saturdays are honestly the best days to come! They have good drinks, really depends on what you are into -- my favorite is 'The Barbie' and the presentation is great. They have good wings, empanadas and chicken soup (lol, I know random) The DJ is always live and knows how to make everyone have a good time. Honestly 9/10! OH - AND THEY HAVE HOOKAHHH!
